Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Mounted wheels and tires cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
To initiate a return, log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click “Request Return.” You'll receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions via email. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
All products carry their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to ModLift — we'll handle the process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
